Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides small-colony type (SC) PCR Detection Kit

Contagious bovine pleuropneumonia is caused by the bovine biotype of Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides small-colony type. Susceptible cattle become infected by inhaling droplets disseminated by coughing in affected cattle. The main problems for control or eradication are the frequent occurrence of subacute or subclinical infections and the persistence of chronic carriers after the clinical phase.

VetPCR? CBBP Detection Kit is the direct detection of Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides small-colony type (SC) on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
