Pasteurella mannheimia haemolytica PCR Detection Kit

Mannheimia haemolytica is the principal bacterium isolated from respiratory disease in feedlot cattle and is a significant component of enzootic pneumonia in all neonatal calves. A commensal of the nasopharynx, M. haemolytica is an opportunist, gaining access to the lungs when host defenses are compromised by stress or infection with respiratory viruses or mycoplasma. M. haemolytica may contribute to enzootic pneumonia of calves; enzootic pneumonia of lambs and peritonitis in sheep. It also causes gangrenous mastitis in sheep.

VetPCR? M. haemolytica Detection Kit is the direct detection of Pasteurella Mannheimia haemolytica on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
