Bovine coronavirus RT-PCR Detection Kit

Bovine coronavirus (BCV) is recognized as the one important pathogen in cattle worldwide, that causes three distinct clinical syndromes in bovine; calf diarrhea, winter dysentery in adult cattle, and as cause of respiratory tract infections in calves and feedlot cattle, including shipping fever.The diagnostic of BCV by considering the clinical signs and anatomopathologic lesions is not possible, because other disease can appear similar to these syndromes.

VetPCR? BCV Detection Kit is the direct detection of Bovine coronavirus on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 4 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
