Nucleospora salmonis PCR Detection Kit

Nucleospora salmonis is an intranuclear microsporidian parasite of marine and freshwater fish causes diseases mainly in salmonid species. Nucleospora-like parasites have also been described in nonsalmonid fish. N. salmonis is associated with chronic mortality in several salmonid fish species and may induce a disease characterized by anemia and severe lymphoblastosis accompanied by a leukemic-like state.

VetPCR? N.SALMONIS Detection Kit is the direct detection of Nucleospora salmonis on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
