Leptospira interrogans PCR Detection Kit

Leptospirosis is a worldwide zoonotic disease caused by infection with the spirochete bacterium Leptospira interrogans. Abortions occurring 2-4 wk before term are the most common manifestation of leptospirosis in pigs. Piglets produced at term may be dead or weak and may die soon after birth.

VetPCR? L. interrogans Detection Kit is the direct detection of Leptospira interrogans on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
