Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae PCR Detection Kit

Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, a gram-negative coccobacillus, is the causative agent of porcine pleuropneumonia, a highly infectious disease of fattening pigs occurring worldwide. This disease is characteristically an acute necrotizing hemorrhagic bronchopneumonia, mortality to subclinical infection.

VetPCR? APP Detection Kit is the direct detection of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
