Brachyspira pilosicoli PCR Detection Kit
Brachyspira pilosicoli, the causative agent of porcine intestinal spirochetosis. B. pilosicoli is a weakly beta-hemolytic, anaerobic intestinal spirochete that occurs worldwide in pigs. In growing pigs, the disease causes diarrhoea and affects the production and welfare of animals. The clinical signs of B. pilosicoli infection varied from loose stools to watery, mucoid diarrhoea.
VetPCR? B. pilosicoli Detection Kit is the direct detection of Brachyspira pilosicoli on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
