Leptospira interrogans PCR Detection Kit

Leptospirosis is serious infectious disease of dairy cattle. It is important not only because of its detrimental effects on the health and production of the herd, but also because it is transmissible to humans from cattle. Leptospirosis is caused by the bacterium Leptospira interrogans. This organism are thought to be significant cause of bovine abortions and infertility.

VetPCR? L. interrogans Detection Kit is the direct detection of Leptospira interrogans on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
