Mycobacterium bovis PCR Detection Kit
Mycobacterium bovis is a Gram-positive bacillus with zoonotic potencial, that primarily causes tuberculosis in cattle, but it may also infect and cause illness among other animals, including humans. In animals, bovine tuberculosis is usually a slowly progressive and debilitating disease, but can occasionally have a quick onset and progress rapidly. Early stages of the infection often show no signs. As the disease progresses, weight loss, lack of appetite, weakness, and a low-grade fever are common.
VetPCR? M. bovis Detection Kit is the direct detection of Mycobacterium bovis on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
