Brachyspira hyodysenteriae PCR Detection Kit

Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, a Gram-negative, motile, oxygen tolerant, anaerobic, loosely coiled spirochaete; is the etiological agent of swine dysentery, a severe mucohemorrhagic diarrheal disease of weanling to finishing pigs. The high cost of disease is associated with mortality (low), morbidity (high), depression of growth and feed conversion efficiency, and costs of continual in-feed medication.

VetPCR? B. hyodysenteriae Detection Kit is the direct detection of Brachyspira hyodysenteriae on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
