Pasteurella multocida PCR Detection Kit

Pasteurella multocida is a Gram-negative coccobacillus that forms part of the commensal flora in the oral cavity, upper respiratory and gastrointestinal tract of domesticated and wild animals.Pasteurellosis is an acute infection in swine caused by P. multocida. The disease tends to become chronic, resulting in weight loss and weakness, with frequent relapses. The course of the acute disease may range from five to 10 days, culminating in death in the absence of effective treatment.

VetPCR? P. multocida Detection Kit is the direct detection of Pasteurella multocida on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast accurate and reliable technique.
