Haemophilus parasuis PCR Detection Kit
Haemophilus parasuis infections produce big losses in swine populations. It produces Glässer?s disease; an invasive disease which is characterized by polyserositis, arthritis and meningitis, but it is also involved in other pathological outcomes, such as pneumonia and sudden death. In addition, strains of H. parasuis colonize the upper respiratory tract of pigs at a very young age and it can be isolated from the nose of healthy pigs.
VetPCR? H. parasuis Detection Kit is the direct detection of Haemophilus parasuis on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
