Bovine leukemia virus RT-PCR Detection Kit

Bovine leukemia virus (BLV) is a retrovirus that can infect cattle of all ages. Bovine leukemia virus is the causative agent of bovine leukosis, a highly fatal form of cancer in cattle. Once infected with BLV virus, cattle are lifetime carriers and shedders of the virus. Virus is spread through animal to animal contact via blood, milk/colostrum and in-utero from dam to offspring.

VetPCR? BLV Detection Kit is the direct detection of Bovine leukemia virus on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
