Avian poxvirus PCR Detection Kit

Avian poxviruses are large DNA viruses, which were found worldwide in all species of poultry and in more than 200 species of birds. APV infections are associated with significant levels of morbidity and mortality in domestic and wild bird populations. The disease is characterized by proliferative lesions of the skin and diphtheric membranes of the respiratory tract, mouth and oesophagus.

VetPCR? Avian pox Detection Kit is the direct detection of Avian poxvirus on de basis of a genetic data base, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
