Uukuniemi virus RT-PCR Detection Kit

Uukuniemi virus (UUKV) belongs to the Phlebovirus genus in the family Bunyaviridae. Some members of the family are important human pathogens, e.g. Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus, hantaviruses, and Rift Valley fever virus. Uukuniemi virus is a particularly convenient model virus for studying bunyaviral packaging, budding, and structure. Like other Bunyaviridae, UUKV is an enveloped virus with a tripartite RNA genome of negative polarity.

?VetPCR? Uukuniemi Detection Kit is the direct detection of Uukuniemi virus on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast accurate and reliable technique.
