Salmonella Enteritidis PCR Detection Kit

Salmonella enteritidis (S. Enteritidis) is a rod-shaped, gram-negative, proteobacteria that is non-motile.Infections in chickens, turkeys and ducks cause problems worldwide with morbidity of 0-90% and alow to moderate mortality. SE can be inside normal appearing eggs and, if the eggs are eaten raw or undercooked, the bacterium can cause illness.

VetPCR? S. Enteritidis Detection Kit is the direct detection of Salmonella Enteritidis on the basis of a genetic data base, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
