Pasteurella multocida PCR Detection Kit

Pasteurella multocida is a Gram-negative, nonmotile, facultatively anaerobic coccobacillus that forms part of the commensal flora in the oral cavity, upper respiratory and gastrointestinal tract of domesticated and wild animals. However, it is capable of producing septicemic or respiratory diseases in animals by infecting organs and tissues that have been previously weaken by stress,injuries or other microbial infections.

VetPCR? P. multocida Detection Kit is the direct detection of Pasteurella multocida on the basis of a genetic data base, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
