Bovine rotavirus A RT-PCR Detection Kit

Bovine rotavirus cause rapid onset of diarrhea in calves from 1 day of age up to about 3 weeks of age; most cases occur in the first week of life. Uncomplicated cases are self-limiting and symptomatic for only 1-2 days. However, secondary infections occur commonly, and will influence the ultimate clinical course of the illness.

VetPCR? BoRVA Detection Kit is the direct detection of Bovine rotavirus A on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
