MAGnova Streptavidin,

Magnova Streptavidin - enables the magnetic separation and purification of almost any biotin-linked target molecule. The ligand Streptavidin has four identical subunits each containing high affinity binding site for biotin. The superparamagnetic MAGnova Streptavidin are designed for direct and indirect magnetic separation and purification of a wide range of target molecules (e.g. nucleic acids, antibodies, proteins, lectins and carbohydrates). They are composed of hydrophilic, cross-linked, chemical polymer and fast respond to magnetic fields without magnetic memory for highly efficient and rapid isolation of target molecules. MAGnova particles has outstanding magnetic properties, high biotin binding capacity, low sedimentation rate and unspecific binding. The magnetic particles with Streptavidin ligand are useful for purification of proteins and nucleic acids, immunoassays,immunodiagnostics,immunoprecipitation, cell isolation,phage display, biopanning.
