Theileria lestoquardi PCR Detection Kit

Theileriosis, caused by various intra erythrocytic protozoan parasites of the genus Theileria, is a tick ? borne disease of domestic and wild animals. Theileria lestoquardi is the most important species in sheep and goats. The parasite causes malignant ovine theileriosis, which assumes acute, subacute or chronic forms causing high mortality rates among sheep. T. lestoquardi is transmitted by ticks of the family Ixodidae, particularly the species Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum.

VetPCR? T.lestoquardi Detection Kit is the direct detection of Theileria lestoquardi on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
