Avian infectious bronchitis virus RT-PCR Detection Kit

Avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) is an enveloped and single-stranded RNA virus, member of the Coronaviridae. Infectious bronchitis is an acute and highly contagious respiratory disease of chickens. The disease is characterized by respiratory signs including gasping, coughing, sneezing, tracheal rales, and nasal discharge. Some strains of the AvIBV cause severe kidney damage and may be associated with high mortality.

VetPCR? IBV Detection Kit is the direct detection of Avian infectious bronchitis virus on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 4 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
