Fusarium sp. PCR Detection Kit

Fusarium is a large genus of filamentous fungi widely distributed in soil and in association with plants. Most species are harmless saprobes and are relatively abundant members of the soil microbial community. Some species produce mycotoxins in cereal crops that can affect human and animal health if they enter the food chain. Fusarium toxins cause severe lesions in animals that eat the contaminated feed. Other Fusarium mycotoxins cause immunosupression in animals, as well as peak erosion and high mortality in broilers and weak eggs shells in layers. 

VetPCR? FUSARIUM Detection Kit is the direct detection of Fusarium sp. on de basis of a genetic data base, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate and reliable technique.
