Campylobacter jejuni PCR Detection Kit

Campylobacter sp. cause disease in a variety of species including dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, guinea pigs hamsters, rabbits, rodents and other species - including humans. Many infected dogs show no signs. Stress, the presence of another disease or other factors (e.g. pregnancy) may increase susceptibility to develop the disease. Diarrhea (watery to bloody with mucus and sometimes bile-stained) lasting 5-15 days is usually how the disease presents.

VetPCR? C. jejuni Detection Kit is the direct detection of Campylobacter jejuni on the basis of a genetic database, so it can diagnose very fast and accurately. It can amplify only specific gene using the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, and take only 3 hours for detection. Therefore, it is a very fast, accurate, reliable technique.
